Sugar Function

ERYTHROL
Natural sugar alcohol (not intoxicating). Found in grapes, melons, pears. It is fermented out of the plants with high starch content, such as tapioca and corn. Erythrol does not affect blood sugar level or insulin level. Not absorbed by the intestinal microflora, it passed through the body. Preserves the natural pH level in the mouth for a long time after eating, protecting the enamel from due to jump in acidity which is typical for sucrose.

TAGATOSE
Prebiotic. In the natural environment, Tagatose can be found in leaves of some African trees. Contained in fruits, cocoa and dairy products (yogurt, cheese, etc.) In small quantities. Made mainly from Lactose (milk sugar).

Prebiotic. Naturally occurs in honey as well as sugar cane and sugar beet. Industrially obtained from the regular sugar. Sweetener. Made from the regular sugar. Sucralose has a zero glycemic index and contains zero calories. Sucralose completely passes through. It has no affect the dental enamel, being resistant to harmful microorganisms that may be in the oral cavity.

Organic ether sugar. Produced from plants of the Aster Family growing in South and Central America. Ensures an integrated positive effect on the body.
