ERYTHROL
Natural sugar alcohol (not intoxicating). Found in grapes, melons, pears. It is fermented out of the plants with high starch content, such as tapioca and corn.
Erythrol does not affect blood sugar level or insulin level. Not absorbed by the intestinal microflora, it passed through the body.
Preserves the natural pH level in the mouth for a long time after eating, protecting the enamel from due to jump in acidity which is typical for sucrose.
